Refund Policy

We believe in plain-spoken, transparent pricing. This Refund Policy explains how AI Ads HQ handles setup fees, monthly management fees, cancellation, and your advertising budget. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.

One-Time Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers the work required to onboard your business and stand up your campaigns: account configuration on the AI ad platform, Google campaign setup, ad creative and headline development, conversion tracking, and launch. Because this work begins immediately after purchase, the setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has started. If you cancel before any onboarding work has begun, contact us at hello@aiadshq.com and we will review your request for a full or partial refund of the setup fee.

90-Day Minimum Commitment

Our management service requires a 90-day minimum commitment (three monthly management cycles). AI ad campaigns need time to gather data and optimize, so by purchasing a plan you agree to pay for and maintain at least three months of management. Management fees paid within this initial 90-day term are non-refundable.

Monthly Management Fee

Management is billed monthly in advance and is a flat fee — never a percentage of your ad spend. After the initial 90-day minimum, management continues on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel with notice (see below). Management fees already paid for the current or prior periods are non-refundable, but after the minimum term you will not be billed for future periods once you cancel.

Cancellation

After the 90-day minimum commitment has been met, you may cancel by emailing us at hello@aiadshq.com before your next billing date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will confirm your cancellation in writing and stop all future management billing. Fees already paid, including those within the initial 90-day term and your non-refundable setup fee, are not refunded on cancellation.

Advertising Spend

Your advertising budget — for example, the $1,500/month ad budget for the first 90 days (then flexible) — is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms (OpenAI and/or Google). It does not pass through AI Ads HQ and is never marked up by us. Because ad spend is paid to and consumed by third-party platforms, it is non-refundable by AI Ads HQ. Any refund of unused ad credits is governed solely by the policies of the platform that holds those funds.

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us first at hello@aiadshq.com so we can resolve it quickly. We are committed to fair, transparent billing and will work with you to make things right.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page and apply to purchases made after the update.
